Notifications

60 Minute Creator keeps you in the loop by email. This page explains what notifications exist, when they're sent, and how to control them.

Where to find them

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Click the Notifications tab.
  3. You'll see the Email Notifications screen, with the subheading "Choose which events send you an email notification."

What you can control

There are two toggles you can turn on or off:

  • Workflow emails: "Email me when a scheduled workflow finishes or fails." This only applies to workflows that run on a schedule. If you start a run yourself from the editor, or trigger one through an AI agent, no email is sent, since you're already watching it happen.
  • Usage alerts: "Email me when I approach my monthly plan limits." When run-allowance tracking is active on your account, you'll get this email after a run finishes, once your usage crosses 80% and again at 100% of your monthly plan allowance, so at most two of these emails per billing period. See Pricing & Billing for your plan's exact run allowance.

Flipping a toggle saves right away. There's no separate save button. If the change fails to save, the toggle will snap back to its previous position.

If your notification preferences fail to load when you open the page, both toggles will be disabled and you'll see this message: "Could not load your notification preferences. Reload the page to change them."

What's always on

A third row, Billing and trial, is shown for information only and has no toggle: "Billing and trial emails are always sent to keep your account in good standing." These cover things like a payment issue with your card or your trial coming to an end, and cannot be turned off.

  • Payment issue emails: sent if a payment fails (with the date by which you need to update your payment method before access is paused) or if your payment needs extra verification, with a link to complete it securely.
  • Trial ending emails: sent 24 hours before your trial ends, with your plan name and your trial end date. If you cancel before then, the email is not sent.

Good to know

  • Notification emails come from 60 Minute Creator notifications@60minutecreator.com, and replies go to support@60minutecreator.com.
  • Buttons and links inside these emails take you straight to the relevant place in the app, like the workflow that ran or your billing settings.
  • There is currently no in-app notification center or bell dropdown inside the product. All notifications arrive by email.
