Camera Moves
The Camera Moves node is where you pick how the camera should move, such as a push in, an orbit or a pan. Connect it to an Agent, and the Agent writes those moves into the prompts it makes for your Video nodes.
Every move plays on its tile, so you see what it does before you choose it. They are the same moves as in Camera Shots in the Creative Hub.
What it does
This node only hands your picks to an Agent. It has no model, costs nothing, and never receives a connection from another node.
Output: a single Styles handle. It connects to the Styles input of an Agent and nowhere else.
Picking moves
The card has three tabs, each with its own tiles:
- Move: the 24 camera moves, from Push In and Pull Out to Orbit, Crane Up and FPV Drone.
- Speed: Slow or Fast.
- Motion: how the footage plays, such as Slow Motion or Motion Blur.
Click a tile to pick it, and click it again to take it out. You can pick several in every tab, and each tab shows how many picks it holds.
What the Agent does with them
The Agent builds your moves into the video prompts it writes, in the wording the Creative Hub uses for each one. It leaves them out of image prompts, because a still has no camera move.
A prompt gets one pick from a tab. When a tab holds several, the Agent decides which prompt gets which, spreads them over the prompts it writes, and changes them from run to run. With a Shots node connected too, the Agent also decides which move goes with which shot.
A tab with nothing picked is left to the Agent.
Some video models follow camera moves more closely than others. If a move doesn't come out, try another model on the Video node.
Using it
- Add a Camera Moves node to your canvas.
- Pick the moves you want.
- Connect its Styles output to the Styles input of an Agent.
There's no Run button on this node, since there's nothing to generate. Use the bar under the card to rename it, switch it off for a while, or delete it.
