Split Screen
The Split Screen node stacks two videos into one, one on top and one on the bottom.
Inputs and outputs
- Top: a video for the top half.
- Bottom: a video for the bottom half.
- Flow: an optional input that controls when this node runs. It can only be fed by the Trigger node or a logic node like Sequence or Router.
- Video (output): the finished split-screen video, always 9:16.
Both Top and Bottom need a video connected, either wired from another node or uploaded directly. If you connect a Media Library, every item in it must be a video, a library containing images is not accepted here.
If a video is missing from either side, the run stops with a message telling you which one to add.
Settings
- Aspect ratio: currently locked to 9:16, the most common short-form shape.
- Audio & Crop Settings: opens a panel with:
- "Keep Top audio" and "Keep Bottom audio" toggles.
- "Top Crop" and "Bottom Crop": each set to Top, Center, or Bottom, choosing which part of that clip survives once it's cropped to fill its half of the frame.
Tips
- Split Screen has no model to choose, it combines two existing videos rather than generating anything new.
- Once a result exists, the Download button on the card becomes active.
