Media Library

The Media Library node holds a set of your own uploaded or imported media (images, videos, or audio) and feeds it into your workflow as a source.

This page covers the node as it appears on the canvas. Your account-wide media library, where all your files live, is covered separately.

Inputs and outputs

  • No inputs, Media Library is a source-only node and cannot receive a connection from anything else.
  • Media (output): the single output handle that feeds the rest of your workflow.

On-card preview

  • Images and videos tile inside a 9:16 frame: one item fills it, two stack top and bottom, and three or more tile in a grid with a "+N" badge for anything beyond four.
  • Audio items appear as small cards below the visual frame, showing track art and name, also capped at four visible with a "+N" badge.

Settings

Click the card or "Add media" to open the panel:

  • Upload media: opens a file picker that accepts images, videos, and audio, and lets you select multiple files at once.
  • Add from: pull items in from your account-wide Library without re-uploading, or import from Google Drive or Dropbox (both show whether they're connected).
  • Each item in the list shows a thumbnail, an editable name, its type, and a Remove button.
  • Trim override (video items only): a per-item toggle that reveals a start/end timeline so you can trim just that clip's usable range for this workflow. This only applies inside the workflow, it never changes your original file.

How it feeds your workflow

Every item in the Media Library flows into the workflow on every run. Whatever the node feeds (a generation node, Sequence, Router, or Compose's Sequence or B-Roll input), all of its items are sent each time, so what you see in the node is exactly what the run works with.

Tips

  • Keep only the items you want the run to use in the node; remove anything that shouldn't flow downstream.
  • Use Sequence, or Compose's Sequence or B-Roll input, to stitch several clips together in order.
